  • Postupak

  • 2. Dodajte seckani kikiriki i puter od kikirikija. Radite smesu špatulom dok ne počne da se skuplja u gustu masu koja može da se oblikuje. Tekstura treba da bude kompaktna i blago lepljiva, ne suva niti mrvičasta.


  • 3. Čvrsto utisnite smesu u kalup u ravnomernom sloju. Sabijajte je u fazama, zaglađujući površinu posle svakog pritiskanja, tako da se pločica stegne sa pravim ivicama i ujednačenom gustinom. Stavite u frižider na 20 minuta, dok ne postane čvrsta na dodir.
