  • 1. Izvadite sireve iz frižidera i ostavite ih na sobnoj temperaturi 20 minuta. Bri treba blago da omekša u sredini, dok plavi sir i odležali sirevi treba da zadrže strukturu i da se seku uredno.


  • 2. Zagrejte hleb od kiselog testa u tosteru ili rerni na 180°C 4 do 6 minuta, samo dok korica ne postane hrskava, a unutrašnjost podatna. Nemojte ga jako zapeći; hleb treba da podrži sireve, a ne da dominira.
