  • 1 brioche zemička sa susamom, presečena

  • 180 g juneće pljeskavice

  • 20 g cheddar sira

  • 30 g slanine

  • 40 g karamelizovanog luka

  • 10 g crvenog luka, tanko narezanog

  • 180 g krompira za pomfrit

  • 40 g cheddar sosa od sira

  • 20 g slanine

  • 10 g mladog luka, sitno narezanog


  • Postupak


  • 1. Zagrejte rernu na 220°C. Rasporedite krompir za pomfrit po plehu u jednom sloju i pecite 18 do 22 minuta, okrećući jednom na polovini pečenja, dok ne dobije tamnozlatnu boju, bude hrskav po ivicama i mekan iznutra.

  • 2. Dok se pomfrit peče, stavite slaninu u hladan tiganj i stavite na srednju vatru. Pecite 6 do 8 minuta, okrećući po potrebi, dok se mast ne istopi, a slanina ne postane hrskava. Kratko ocedite, pa isecite ili izmrvite po potrebi.

  • 3. Pojačajte vatru ispod tiganja ili koristite ploču za pečenje. Pecite juneću pljeskavicu 3 do 4 minuta sa prve strane, zatim okrenite i pecite još 2 do 3 minuta za srednje pečenu, ili malo duže ako želite čvršći završetak. U poslednjem minutu stavite cheddar sir preko pljeskavice i pustite da se otopi u sjajan sloj.

  • 4. Presecite brioche zemičku sa susamom i tostirajte presečene strane u tiganju dok blago ne porumene i ne postanu tople, oko 1 minut. Sredina treba da ostane mekana, ne suva.

  • 5. Lagano zagrejte karamelizovani luk 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok ne postane sjajan i rastresit. Treba da ostane mekan i punog ukusa.

  • 6. Sastavite burger: namažite majonez na donju polovinu zemičke, dodajte lisnatu salatu, zatim paradajz i crveni luk. Na to stavite pljeskavicu prekrivenu sirom, pa slaninu i karamelizovani luk. Zatvorite gornjom polovinom zemičke.

  • 7. Završite pomfrit tako što ćete zagrejati cheddar sos od sira dok ne postane gladak i dovoljno tečan za prelivanje. Kašikom ga rasporedite preko vrućeg pomfrita, zatim odozgo pospite slaninu i mladi luk. Poslužite odmah, dok je pomfrit još hrskav po ivicama, a sos od sira rastopljen.
