  • Postupak


  • 1. Obložite kalup za pločicu i stavite ga na ravnu tacnu. U maloj posudi pomešajte mlečni protein, hidrolizovani kolagen, zaslađivač, punomasno mleko u prahu i so. Temeljno izmešajte dok prah ne postane ujednačen i dok ne ostanu pruge.


  • 2. Dodajte seckani kikiriki i sojine hrskave kuglice. Promešajte još jednom kako bi se dodaci ravnomerno rasporedili kroz suvu mešavinu.


  • 3. Lagano zagrejte karamelu u maloj šerpi na tihoj vatri 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok ne postane tečna i sjajna. Treba da omekša bez ključanja ili tamnjenja.
