  • 1. Pomešajte grčki jogurt, krastavac, mirođiju, beli luk, so i crni biber u činiji da napravite salatu od krastavca i jogurta.

  • 2. Zagrejte maslinovo ulje u tiganju na srednjoj vatri.

  • 3. Dodajte škampe i kuvajte 2 do 3 minuta sa svake strane, dok se tek ne skuvaju.

  • 4. Umešajte paradajz sos, papriku i malo soli i bibera. Krčkajte 2 do 4 minuta.
