  • 1. Začinite odrezak solju i crnim biberom.

  • 2. Zagrejte maslinovo ulje u tiganju i zapecite odrezak dok ne bude pečen po vašoj želji. Ostavite ga kratko da odmori, pa ga isecite.

  • 3. Zagrejte pire krompir sa maslacem, pavlakom za kuvanje i mlekom dok ne postane gladak i kremast.

  • 4. U isti tiganj dodajte beli luk, goveđi temeljac i sos od crvenog vina. Kratko kuvajte na tihoj vatri da se sjedini.

  • 6. Završite vlascem, peršunom i prstohvatom ljuspica crvene paprike.
