Lax med tomat- och majssalsa

En enkel stekt laxrätt toppad med en fräsch salsa av tomat, majs och paprika. Det är en lätt och färgstark huvudrätt med en balanserad smak som är både fyllig och lätt söt.

  • Lax 150 g

  • Tomat 35 g

  • Majs 25 g

  • Röd paprika 15 g

  • Rödlök 10 g

  • Persilja 5 g

  • Olivolja 12 g

  • Vitlök 3 g

  • Salt 2 g

  • Svartpeppar 1 g

  • Paprikapulver 2 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Finhacka tomat, majs, röd paprika, rödlök, persilja och vitlök.

  • 2. Blanda de hackade grönsakerna med 5 g olivolja, salt, svartpeppar och paprikapulver för att göra salsan.

  • 3. Krydda laxen med resterande salt, svartpeppar och paprikapulver.

  • 4. Hetta upp resterande olivolja i en stekpanna på medelvärme och stek laxen tills den fått fin färg och är genomstekt, cirka 3 till 4 minuter per sida beroende på tjocklek.

  • 5. Skeda salsan över laxen och servera genast.
