  • 1. Andaa ngisi. Kaushia ngisi kabisa kwa taulo za karatasi. Ikiwa miili ni mikubwa, ifungue iwe tambarare; acha miili midogo ikiwa mizima. Chora mistari myepesi ya msalaba upande wa ndani ikiwa unapenda, ukihakikisha hukati hadi kupenya. Msimue kwa usawa kwa 8 g chumvi na 18 g mafuta ya mboga, kisha uache kwa dakika 5.


  • 2. Tengeneza glaze. Katika sufuria ndogo, changanya 24 g mchuzi wa soy, 6 g sukari, na 10 g mafuta ya mboga. Weka juu ya moto mdogo na koroga kwa dakika 1 hadi 2, hadi tu sukari iyeyuke na glaze iwe na mng’ao. Usiipunguze sana; inapaswa kubaki ya kumiminika na yenye mnato mwepesi kama sharubati.


  • 3. Choma ngisi kwenye mishikaki. Chomeka miili ya ngisi na tentakeli kwenye mishikaki ili zilale tambarare na zishikike vizuri. Weka mpangilio sawa ili ngisi ipike kwa kiwango kilekile kwenye kila mshikaki.


  • 4. Choma. Pasha grili au kikaango cha grili hadi moto mkali, takriban joto la uso la 220°C. Choma ngisi kwa dakika 2 hadi 3 upande wa kwanza hadi ipate alama na iwe imebadilika rangi kuwa nyeupe hafifu pembezoni, kisha geuza na uichome kwa dakika 1 hadi 2 zaidi. Paka glaze ya soy katika dakika ya mwisho tu, ukiiruhusu ishikamane na kupata karameli nyepesi bila kuungua.


  • 5. Malizia. Ondoa mishikaki mara tu ngisi inapokuwa imebadilika rangi kikamilifu lakini bado ni laini unapotafuna. Uso unapaswa kuwa na alama nyepesi za kuchomeka sehemu fulani, wenye mng’ao, na bila ukavu pembezoni.
