’n Eenvoudige hoender- en groentebredie met hoenderfiletstrokies, aartappel, wortel, courgette en ui wat in groenteaftreksel prut. Dit is ’n ligte, vullende eenpotgereg.

  • Hoenderfiletstrokies 120 g

  • Aartappel 80 g

  • Courgette 50 g

  • Wortel 35 g

  • Ui 30 g

  • Groenteaftreksel 25 ml

  • Olyfolie 10 g

  • Knoffel 5 g

  • Sout 3 g

  • Swartpeper 2 g

  • 1. Sny die aartappel, wortel, courgette, ui en knoffel in blokkies.

  • 2. Verhit die olyfolie in ’n pot oor medium hitte.

  • 3. Voeg die ui en knoffel by en kook vir 1 tot 2 minute tot geurig.

  • 4. Voeg die hoenderfiletstrokies by en kook totdat dit liggies aan die buitekant verseël is.

  • 5. Voeg die aartappel, wortel, courgette, sout en swartpeper by.

  • 6. Giet die groenteaftreksel in en bring tot ’n sagte prut.

  • 7. Bedek en kook vir 12 tot 15 minute, roer af en toe, totdat die hoender gaar is en die groente sag is.
