    Instruksies


  • 1. Kap die tamatie, mielies, rooi soetrissie, rooi ui, pietersielie en knoffel fyn.

  • 2. Meng die gekapte groente met 5 g olyfolie, sout, swartpeper en paprika om die salsa te maak.

  • 3. Geur die salm met die oorblywende sout, swartpeper en paprika.

  • 4. Verhit die oorblywende olyfolie in ’n pan oor medium hitte en kook die salm tot dit verbruin en gaar is, ongeveer 3 tot 4 minute per kant, afhangend van die dikte.
