  • 1. Talleu la carbassa groga i la ceba a rodanxes fines i uniformes.

  • 2. Escalfeu l'oli vegetal en una paella a foc mitjà.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi la ceba i coeu-la durant 2 o 3 minuts fins que s'estovi.

  • 4. Afegiu-hi la carbassa groga, la sal i el pebre negre.

  • 5. Coeu-ho, remenant de tant en tant, durant 6 a 8 minuts fins que la carbassa sigui tendra i lleugerament daurada.
