  • Ceba, 100 g

  • Oli d'oliva, 20 g

  • Sal, 10 g

  • Pebre negre, 10 g

  • 1. Talla el carbassó groc i la ceba en trossos uniformes.

  • 2. Escalfa l'oli d'oliva en una paella a foc mitjà.

  • 3. Afegeix la ceba i cou-la durant 2 a 3 minuts fins que s'estovi.

  • 4. Afegeix el carbassó groc, la sal i el pebre negre.

  • 5. Cou-ho, remenant de tant en tant, durant 6 a 8 minuts fins que el carbassó sigui tendre però no desfet.

  • 6. Tasta-ho i ajusta el condiment si cal, i després serveix-ho calent.
