  • 1. Oloupejte brambory a nakrájejte je na hranolky.

  • 2. Hranolky opláchněte a dobře osušte. Rozpalte rostlinný olej a smažte brambory dozlatova a dokřupava. Nechte okapat a lehce osolte.

  • 3. Cibuli najemno nasekejte a smíchejte ji s hovězím masem, strouhankou, vejcem, solí a černým pepřem.

  • 4. Ze směsi vytvarujte malé masové kuličky.
