Patatas y zanahorias asadas

Una sencilla guarnición de verduras asadas hecha con patatas, zanahorias y cebolla, sazonada con sal y pimienta negra. Es contundente, sabrosa y funciona bien como acompañamiento o comida ligera.

Ingredientes


  • Patatas: 300 g

  • Zanahorias: 120 g

  • Cebolla: 80 g

  • Aceite vegetal: 15 g

  • Sal: 3 g

  • Pimienta negra: 2 g


  • Total: 520 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Precalienta el horno a 200°C.

  • 2. Pela y corta las patatas y las zanahorias en trozos uniformes del tamaño de un bocado. Corta la cebolla en rodajas.

  • 3. Coloca todas las verduras en un bol, añade el aceite vegetal, la sal y la pimienta negra, y mézclalas para que queden bien cubiertas.

  • 4. Extiende las verduras en una sola capa sobre una bandeja de horno.

  • 5. Asa durante 30 a 40 minutos, dándoles la vuelta una vez a mitad de cocción, hasta que estén tiernas y ligeramente doradas.

  • 6. Sirve caliente.
