  • Valmistamine


  • 1. Sega keskmise suurusega kastrulis kokku kanapuljong, sojakaste ja küüslauk. Kuumuta keskmisel kuumusel ühtlase podisemiseni ja hoia seda 4 minutit, kuni puljong on aromaatne ja kergelt küüslauguga maitsestunud.


  • 2. Aja eraldi väikeses potis vesi õrnalt keema ja lase muna vette. Keeda 7 minutit, et munakollane jääks pehmelt hüübinud, seejärel tõsta muna kohe külma vette. Koori korralikult ja pane kõrvale.


  • 3. Lisa nisunuudel podisevasse puljongisse ja keeda 3 kuni 4 minutit, segades üks või kaks korda, et vältida kokkukleepumist. Nuudel peab olema pehme, kuid keskelt siiski kergelt vetruv.
