  • Mini pancakes 40 g

  • Galette de pommes de terre rissolées 55 g

  • Huile végétale 10 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle et faites cuire la galette de pommes de terre rissolées jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit croustillante.

  • 2. Brouillez les œufs dans le beurre jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient juste pris.

  • 3. Réchauffez brièvement les mini pancakes.

  • 4. Disposez le saumon fumé, les œufs brouillés, la galette de pommes de terre rissolées, les mini pancakes, les fruits, le concombre et la feta dans une assiette.

  • 5. Placez le mini beignet glacé sur le côté et terminez avec le glaçage rose et les vermicelles en sucre.
