  • Bœuf haché, 90 g

  • Chapelure, 20 g

  • Œuf, 25 g

  • Oignon, 15 g

  • Poivre noir, 1 g

  • Ketchup, 5 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en forme de frites.

  • 2. Mélangez le bœuf haché, la chapelure, l'œuf, l'oignon finement haché, le poivre noir et le sel.

  • 3. Façonnez le mélange en petites boulettes.

  • 4. Faites chauffer l'huile végétale dans une poêle.

  • 5. Faites frire les pommes de terre jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées et croustillantes, puis égouttez-les.

  • 6. Faites cuire les boulettes dans la même poêle jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien dorées et cuites à cœur.
