Gyro au poulet avec frites

  • Poulet grillé 160 g

  • Frites 150 g

  • Tzatziki 70 g

  • Oignon rouge 20 g

  • Huile d’olive 15 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Réchauffez le pain pita jusqu’à ce qu’il soit souple et malléable.

  • 2. Assaisonnez le poulet grillé avec le sel, le poivre noir et l’origan séché.

  • 3. Mélangez légèrement les frites avec un peu d’huile d’olive et une pincée d’origan si désiré.

  • 4. Étalez le tzatziki sur la pita.

  • 5. Ajoutez le poulet grillé, les frites et l’oignon rouge émincé.
