Pita gyros au poulet avec frites

Un sandwich gyros au poulet de style grec classique, servi dans un pain pita avec des frites croustillantes, du tzatziki et de l’oignon rouge émincé. Assaisonné simplement avec de l’huile d’olive, du sel, du poivre noir et de l’origan.

  • Poivre noir : 0,5 g

  • Origan : 0,5 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Réchauffez le pain pita jusqu’à ce qu’il soit souple et malléable.

  • 2. Faites chauffer la viande de gyros au poulet et les frites jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien chaudes et légèrement croustillantes.

  • 3. Mélangez l’oignon rouge avec l’huile d’olive, le sel, le poivre noir et l’origan.

  • 4. Placez la viande de gyros au poulet dans le pita.
