Juha od povrća i vermicella s curryjem

Lagana, utješna juha od krumpira, mrkve, luka i vermicelli rezanaca u jednostavnom temeljcu začinjenom curryjem. Slična je juhi od povrća i rezanaca sa začinom curry.

  • Krumpir, 200 g

  • Mrkva, 120 g

  • Luk, 100 g

  • Vermicelli rezanci, 60 g

  • Povrtni temeljac, 250 ml

  • Biljno ulje, 20 ml

  • Češnjak, 10 g

  • Đumbir, 10 g

  • Curry u prahu, 10 g

  • Sol, 5 g

  • Crni papar, 2 g


  • Ukupna masa: 780 g

    Upute
  • 1. Zagrijte biljno ulje u loncu na srednje jakoj vatri.

  • 2. Dodajte luk, češnjak i đumbir. Kuhajte 2 do 3 minute dok ne zamiriše.

  • 3. Umiješajte curry u prahu i kuhajte 30 sekundi.

  • 4. Dodajte krumpir i mrkvu, zatim ulijte povrtni temeljac.

  • 5. Zakuhajte, zatim smanjite vatru i kuhajte lagano 12 do 15 minuta dok povrće ne omekša.

  • 6. Dodajte vermicelli rezance i kuhajte 2 do 4 minute dok tek ne omekšaju.

  • 7. Začinite solju i crnim paprom. Poslužite vruće.
