Piletina i povrtni gulaš

Jednostavan gulaš od piletine i povrća s pilećim filetićima, krumpirom, mrkvom, tikvicom i lukom kuhanim u povrtnom temeljcu. To je lagano, zasitno jelo iz jednog lonca.

  • Povrtni temeljac 25 ml

  • Maslinovo ulje 10 g

  • Češnjak 5 g

  • Crni papar 2 g

  • 1. Narežite krumpir, mrkvu, tikvicu, luk i češnjak na kockice.

  • 2. Zagrijte maslinovo ulje u loncu na srednje jakoj vatri.

  • 3. Dodajte luk i češnjak te kuhajte 1 do 2 minute, dok ne zamirišu.

  • 4. Dodajte pileće filetiće i kuhajte dok se lagano ne zatvore izvana.

  • 5. Dodajte krumpir, mrkvu, tikvicu, sol i crni papar.

  • 6. Ulijte povrtni temeljac i pustite da lagano zakuha.

  • 7. Poklopite i kuhajte 12 do 15 minuta, povremeno miješajući, dok piletina ne bude potpuno kuhana, a povrće mekano.
