  • 1 roti brioche wijen, dibelah

  • 180 g patty daging sapi

  • 20 g keju cheddar

  • 30 g bacon

  • 40 g bawang karamelis

  • 10 g bawang merah, iris tipis

  • 25 g tomat, diiris

  • 15 g selada daun

  • 15 g mayones

  • 180 g kentang goreng french fries

  • 40 g saus keju cheddar

  • 20 g bacon

  • 10 g daun bawang, iris halus


  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Panaskan oven hingga 220°C. Sebarkan kentang goreng french fries di atas loyang oven dalam satu lapisan dan masak selama 18 hingga 22 menit, balik sekali di pertengahan waktu, sampai berwarna keemasan tua, renyah di bagian tepi, dan lembut di bagian dalam.

  • 2. Sementara kentang goreng dimasak, letakkan bacon di wajan dingin lalu panaskan di atas api sedang. Masak selama 6 hingga 8 menit, balik sesuai kebutuhan, sampai lemaknya keluar dan bacon renyah. Tiriskan sebentar, lalu potong atau remukkan sesuai kebutuhan.

  • 3. Besarkan api di bawah wajan atau gunakan griddle. Masak patty daging sapi selama 3 hingga 4 menit pada sisi pertama, lalu balik dan masak lagi 2 hingga 3 menit untuk tingkat kematangan medium, atau sedikit lebih lama jika menginginkan hasil yang lebih matang. Pada menit terakhir, letakkan keju cheddar di atas patty dan biarkan meleleh menjadi lapisan mengilap.

  • 4. Belah roti brioche wijen dan panggang sisi potongnya di wajan sampai sedikit keemasan dan hangat, sekitar 1 menit. Bagian dalam roti harus tetap lembut, tidak kering.

  • 5. Hangatkan bawang karamelis perlahan selama 1 hingga 2 menit, hanya sampai mengilap dan lebih longgar. Jaga agar tetap lembut dan bercita rasa dalam.

  • 6. Rakit burger: oleskan mayones pada roti bawah, tambahkan selada daun, lalu tomat dan bawang merah. Letakkan patty berlapis keju di atasnya, diikuti bacon dan bawang karamelis. Tutup dengan bagian atas roti.

  • 7. Selesaikan kentang goreng dengan menghangatkan saus keju cheddar sampai halus dan mudah dituang. Sendokkan di atas kentang goreng yang panas, lalu taburkan bacon dan daun bawang di atasnya. Sajikan segera selagi kentang goreng masih renyah di bagian tepi dan saus kejunya masih meleleh panas.
