    Instruksi


  • 1. Kupas kentang lalu potong menjadi bentuk kentang goreng. Tepuk-tepuk hingga kering.

  • 2. Campurkan daging sapi, tepung roti, telur, bawang bombai cincang halus, garam, dan lada hitam hingga tercampur rata. Bentuk menjadi bakso kecil.

  • 3. Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan di atas api sedang.

  • 4. Goreng kentang hingga keemasan dan renyah, lalu angkat dan tiriskan sebentar.

  • 5. Goreng bakso dalam minyak yang sama sambil dibalik-balik hingga kecokelatan dan matang sempurna.
