  • 1. Rífðu gúrkuna eða skerðu hana mjög smátt, og kreistu síðan umframvökva úr henni.

  • 2. Saxaðu hvítlaukinn mjög fínt og saxaðu dillið og svörtu ólífurnar.

  • 3. Blandaðu gríska jógúrtinu, gúrkunni, hvítlauknum, dillinu, ólífuolíunni, saltinu og svarta piparnum saman í skál.

  • 4. Hrærið þar til allt hefur blandast vel saman.
