Fagioli di Lima in salsa di pomodoro

Un semplice piatto di fagioli stufati in stile mediterraneo, con teneri fagioli di Lima cotti dolcemente in una saporita salsa di pomodoro. Si presta bene come contorno, piatto leggero o servito con del pane.

Ingredienti


  • Fagioli di Lima 150 g

  • Salsa di pomodoro 70 g

  • Cipolla 15 g

  • Aglio 5 g

  • Olio d'oliva 10 g

  • Sale 2 g

  • Pepe nero 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g

  • Erbe miste 2 g

  • Zucchero 3 g


  • Peso totale: 260 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 2. Aggiungi la cipolla e cuoci finché si ammorbidisce, per circa 3-4 minuti.

  • 3. Aggiungi l'aglio, la paprika e le erbe miste, quindi cuoci per 30 secondi.

  • 4. Unisci la salsa di pomodoro, lo zucchero, il sale e il pepe nero.

  • 5. Aggiungi i fagioli di Lima e lascia sobbollire dolcemente per 5-8 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, finché sono ben caldi e la salsa si è leggermente addensata.

  • 6. Assaggia e regola il condimento se necessario, quindi servi caldo.
