Patatine fritte con polpette fritte

Un semplice piatto comfort di patatine di patate croccanti fritte servite con saporite polpette di manzo. È sostanzioso, sapido e si gusta al meglio ben caldo.

Ingredienti


  • Patate, 160 g

  • Manzo, 70 g

  • Pangrattato, 15 g

  • Uovo, 15 g

  • Cipolla, 10 g

  • Olio vegetale, 8 g

  • Sale, 2 g

  • Pepe nero, 0.5 g


  • Totale: 280.5 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Sbuccia le patate e tagliale a bastoncini. Tamponale per asciugarle.

  • 2. Mescola il manzo, il pangrattato, l'uovo, la cipolla tritata finemente, il sale e il pepe nero fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Forma delle piccole polpette.

  • 3. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 4. Friggi le patate fino a doratura e croccantezza, poi toglile e scolale brevemente.

  • 5. Friggi le polpette nello stesso olio, girandole finché saranno ben rosolate e cotte all'interno.

  • 6. Servi le polpette fritte con le patatine mentre sono ancora calde.
