  • Manzo, 100 g

  • Pangrattato, 15 g

  • Uovo, 10 g

  • Cipolla, 10 g

  • Olio vegetale, 4 g

  • Sale, 1 g

  • Pepe nero, 0.5 g

    Istruzioni
  • 1. Sbuccia le patate e tagliale a forma di patatine. Tamponale per asciugarle.

  • 2. Mescola il manzo, il pangrattato, l'uovo, la cipolla tritata finemente, il sale e il pepe nero. Forma delle piccole polpette.

  • 3. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella. Friggi le polpette finché non sono dorate e ben cotte all'interno.

  • 4. Friggi le patate nella stessa padella o in un'altra padella fino a quando saranno dorate e croccanti.

  • 5. Servi le patatine con le polpette accanto.
