Pollo impanato con riso, broccoli e patate arrosto

Un piatto di pollo con petto di pollo impanato, riso bianco, broccoli e patate arrosto, servito con yogurt greco come semplice accompagnamento cremoso.

Ingredienti


  • 1 petto di pollo impanato

  • 200 g di riso bianco cotto

  • 100 g di broccoli

  • 120 g di patate arrosto

  • 50 g di yogurt greco

  • 10 ml di olio vegetale

  • 2 g di sale

  • 1 g di pepe nero

  • 1 g di aglio in polvere


  • Procedimento


  • 1. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella o in una teglia adatta al forno.

  • 2. Cuoci o riscalda il petto di pollo impanato finché è caldo e croccante.

  • 3. Condisci i broccoli con sale, pepe nero e aglio in polvere, poi cuocili al vapore o saltali in padella finché sono teneri.

  • 4. Riscalda le patate arrosto finché sono ben calde e leggermente croccanti.

  • 5. Scalda il riso bianco.

  • 6. Impiatta il riso, i broccoli e le patate arrosto accanto al pollo.

  • 7. Servi lo yogurt greco a parte come dip o salsa.
