Roti shokupan, kerak dibuang, 90 g
Telur, 50 g
Daging lembu, dihiris halus atau dicincang, 25 g
Mayonis, 12 g
Mentega, dilembutkan, 8 g
Lada hitam, baru dikisar, 0.5 g

KAEDAH
  • 1. Letakkan telur dalam mangkuk kecil dan pukul sekadar untuk menyatukan putih dan kuning telur menjadi campuran yang sekata.

  • 2. Panaskan kuali di atas api sederhana. Masukkan daging lembu dan masak selama 2 hingga 3 minit, kacau atau balikkan mengikut keperluan, sehingga hilang warna mentahnya dan menjadi perang muda. Daging harus kekal lembut, bukan kering.

  • 3. Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul ke dalam kuali bersama daging lembu. Kacau perlahan selama 1 hingga 2 minit sehingga telur membentuk gumpalan lembut dan campuran baru sahaja masak, masih lembap dan lembut. Angkat dari api dan perasakan dengan lada hitam.

  • 4. Letakkan kepingan shokupan di atas papan yang bersih. Sapukan mentega secara rata pada satu sisi setiap kepingan. Sapukan mayonis pada sisi satu lagi setiap kepingan.

  • 5. Sudukan campuran telur dan daging lembu ke atas satu kepingan dan ratakan menjadi lapisan sekata, pastikan ia kekal dalam bahagian tepi. Tutup dengan kepingan kedua, tekan perlahan supaya sandwic kekal melekat tanpa memampatkan roti.

  • 6. Potong kemas mana-mana bahagian tepi yang tidak sekata jika perlu. Rehatkan sandwic selama 1 minit, kemudian potong dengan kemas menjadi dua segi empat tepat atau dua segi tiga menggunakan pisau tajam.


  • PENYAJIAN DAN HIDANGAN
    Hidangkan segera di atas pinggan kosong, dengan bahagian potong kelihatan. Roti harus kekal pucat dan lembut, inti padat dan berkilat, dengan lada hitam memberikan sentuhan akhir aroma dan kepedasan.
