  • Pimenta-do-reino, 0,5 g

  • 1. Descasque as batatas e corte-as em palitos. Seque bem.

  • 2. Misture a carne bovina, o pão ralado, o ovo, a cebola picada finamente, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino até incorporar. Modele em pequenas almôndegas.

  • 3. Aqueça o óleo vegetal numa frigideira em lume médio.

  • 4. Frite as batatas até ficarem douradas e crocantes, depois retire-as e escorra-as brevemente.
