  • Molho de tomate 70 g

  • Cebola 15 g

  • Alho 5 g

  • Azeite 10 g

  • Sal 2 g

  • Pimenta-preta 1 g

  • Paprica 2 g

  • Ervas aromáticas mistas 2 g

  • Açúcar 3 g

    Instruções


  • 1. Aqueça o azeite numa frigideira em lume médio.

  • 2. Junte a cebola e cozinhe até amolecer, cerca de 3 a 4 minutos.

  • 3. Adicione o alho, a paprica e as ervas aromáticas mistas, depois cozinhe durante 30 segundos.

  • 4. Misture o molho de tomate, o açúcar, o sal e a pimenta-preta.

  • 5. Junte o feijão-manteiga e deixe fervilhar suavemente durante 5 a 8 minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente, até estar bem quente e o molho ter engrossado ligeiramente.
