Uma refeição empratada com peito de frango panado, arroz branco, brócolos e batatas assadas, servida com iogurte grego como acompanhamento cremoso simples.

Ingredientes


  • 1 peito de frango panado

  • 200 g de arroz branco cozido

  • 100 g de brócolos

  • 120 g de batatas assadas

  • 50 g de iogurte grego

  • 10 ml de óleo vegetal

  • 2 g de sal

  • 1 g de pimenta-preta

  • 1 g de alho em pó


  • Método


  • 1. Aqueça o óleo vegetal numa frigideira ou num tabuleiro que possa ir ao forno.

  • 2. Cozinhe ou reaqueça o peito de frango panado até ficar quente e crocante.

  • 3. Tempere os brócolos com sal, pimenta-preta e alho em pó e depois cozinhe a vapor ou salteie até ficarem tenros.

  • 4. Reaqueça as batatas assadas até estarem bem quentes e ligeiramente crocantes.

  • 5. Aqueça o arroz branco.

  • 6. Emprate o arroz, os brócolos e as batatas assadas ao lado do frango.

  • 7. Sirva o iogurte grego à parte como molho para mergulhar ou acompanhamento.
