Macaroane cu brânză Cheddar și bacon, cu rigatoni

Un preparat cremos de paste, în stil gratinat, făcut cu rigatoni acoperite cu un sos simplu de brânză Cheddar și finisat cu bacon. Seamănă cu clasicele macaroane cu brânză, adaptate cu rigatoni în loc de paste elbow.

Ingrediente


  • Paste rigatoni, 90 g

  • Brânză Cheddar, 55 g

  • Lapte, 55 ml

  • Unt, 15 g

  • Bacon, 12 g

  • Piper negru, 2 g

  • Sare, 1 g


  • Total: 230 g

    Instrucțiuni


  • 1. Fierbe rigatoni în apă cu sare până devin al dente, apoi scurge-le.

  • 2. Într-o tigaie mică, topește untul la foc mic.

  • 3. Adaugă laptele și încălzește-l ușor, apoi încorporează brânza Cheddar amestecând până devine netedă și se topește.

  • 4. Adaugă rigatoni fierte și baconul, apoi amestecă pentru a le acoperi uniform.

  • 5. Asezonează cu sare și piper negru, după gust.
