  • 2 felii de pâine albă

  • 1 avocado

  • 20 g rucola

  • 40 g roșii cherry

  • 10 g semințe de dovleac

  • 10 ml ulei de măsline

  • Sare de mare, după gust

  • Piper negru, după gust


  • Mod de preparare


  • 1. Prăjiți pâinea albă până devine aurie.

  • 2. Zdrobiți sau feliați avocado și întindeți-l peste pâinea prăjită.

  • 3. Adăugați deasupra rucola și roșiile cherry tăiate în jumătăți.

  • 4. Presărați semințele de dovleac.
