Losos s paradajkovo-kukuričnou salsou

Jednoduché jedlo z lososa opečeného na panvici, doplnené čerstvou salsou z paradajok, kukurice a papriky. Je to ľahký, farebný hlavný chod s vyváženou slanou a jemne sladkou chuťou.

  • Losos 150 g

  • Paradajka 35 g

  • Kukurica 25 g

  • Červená paprika 15 g

  • Červená cibuľa 10 g

  • Petržlenová vňať 5 g

  • Olivový olej 12 g

  • Cesnak 3 g

  • Soľ 2 g

  • Čierne korenie 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g


  • Celková hmotnosť: 260 g

    Postup


  • 1. Paradajku, kukuricu, červenú papriku, červenú cibuľu, petržlenovú vňať a cesnak nakrájajte nadrobno.

  • 2. Nakrájanú zeleninu zmiešajte s 5 g olivového oleja, soľou, čiernym korením a paprikou, aby vznikla salsa.

  • 3. Lososa ochuťte zvyšnou soľou, čiernym korením a paprikou.

  • 4. Na panvici na strednom ohni rozohrejte zvyšný olivový olej a lososa opečte dozlatista a prepečte, približne 3 až 4 minúty z každej strany v závislosti od hrúbky.

  • 5. Na lososa navrch dajte salsu a ihneď podávajte.
