    Navodila


  • 1. Krompir olupite in narežite na pomfri. Sperite ga in dobro osušite.

  • 2. Zmešajte govedino, svinjino, čebulo, drobtine, jajce, sol in črni poper, da se sestavine povežejo. Oblikujte majhne mesne kroglice.

  • 3. V ponvi segrejte rastlinsko olje. Mesne kroglice pecite, dokler ne porjavijo in niso povsem pečene.

  • 4. Krompir ocvrite v isti ali ločeni ponvi, dokler ni zlato zapečen in hrustljav.
