  • 2. Pomfrit sperite in dobro osušite. Segrejte rastlinsko olje in krompir cvrite, dokler ni zlato rjav in hrustljav. Odcedite in rahlo posolite.

  • 3. Čebulo drobno sesekljajte in jo zmešajte z govedino, drobtinami, jajcem, soljo in črnim poprom.
