  • 1. Krompir olupite in narežite na pomfri. Popivnajte do suhega.

  • 2. Zmešajte govedino, krušne drobtine, jajce, drobno sesekljano čebulo, sol in črni poper. Oblikujte majhne mesne kroglice.

  • 3. V ponvi segrejte rastlinsko olje. Krompir cvrite, dokler ni zlato rjav in hrustljav, nato ga odcedite.

  • 4. Mesne kroglice pecite v isti ponvi na srednji temperaturi, dokler ne porjavijo in niso prepečene do sredine.

  • 5. Paradižnik in kečap na kratko skupaj segrejte, da dobite preprosto omako za pomakanje.

  • 6. Pomfri postrezite z mesnimi kroglicami, kečap pa ponudite posebej.
