  • 1. Krompir olupite in narežite na pomfrit. Sperite ga in dobro osušite.

  • 2. Zmešajte govedino, drobtine, jajce, drobno sesekljano čebulo, črni poper in sol. Oblikujte majhne mesne kroglice.

  • 3. V ponvi segrejte rastlinsko olje. Mesne kroglice pecite, dokler ne porjavijo in niso povsem pečene.

  • 4. Krompir ocvrite v preostalem olju, dokler ni zlato rumen in hrustljav.

  • 5. Paradižnik sesekljajte in ga zmešajte s kečapom, da pripravite hitro omako.
