  • 1. Oljuštite i isecite krompir na pomfrit. Posušite ga tapkanjem.

  • 2. Pomešajte govedinu, prezle, jaje, sitno seckani crni luk, so i crni biber. Oblikujte male ćufte.

  • 3. Zagrejte biljno ulje u tiganju. Pržite krompir dok ne postane zlatan i hrskav, pa ga ocedite.

  • 4. Pecite ćufte u istom tiganju na srednjoj vatri dok ne porumene i budu potpuno pečene.

  • 5. Kratko zagrejte paradajz i kečap zajedno da napravite jednostavan sos za umakanje.
