  • Tomatsås, 45 g

  • Gröna bönor, 20 g

  • Svarta oliver, 10 g

  • Olivolja, 5 g

  • Vitlök, 3 g

  • Örter, 2 g

  • Salt, 2 g

  • Svartpeppar, 3 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Koka pastan i saltat vatten tills den är al dente, häll sedan av vattnet.

  • 2. Värm olivoljan i en stekpanna på medelvärme.

  • 3. Tillsätt lök och vitlök och stek tills de mjuknat.

  • 4. Tillsätt nötfärsen och stek tills den fått färg.

  • 5. Rör ner tomatsåsen, de gröna bönorna, de svarta oliverna, örterna, saltet och svartpepparn.
