  • Potatis 220 g

  • Nötkött 120 g

  • Ströbröd 20 g

  • Ägg 20 g

  • Lök 15 g

  • Svartpeppar 1 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja 25 g

  • Ketchup 10 g

  • Tomat 6 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Skala och skär potatisen till pommes frites. Skölj och torka dem noggrant.

  • 2. Blanda nötköttet, ströbrödet, ägget, finhackad lök, svartpeppar och salt. Forma till små köttbullar.

  • 3. Hetta upp den vegetabiliska oljan i en stekpanna. Stek köttbullarna tills de har fått färg och är genomstekta.

  • 4. Fritera potatisen i den återstående oljan tills den är gyllene och krispig.

  • 5. Hacka tomaten och blanda den med ketchupen för att göra en snabb sås.
