  • 1. Sarımsağı ince ince kıyın.

  • 2. Bir kasede sarımsak, acı biber yağı, soya sosu, kırmızı pul biber, karabiber, tuz ve şekeri karıştırın.

  • 3. Tavuğu ekleyin ve her tarafı eşit şekilde kaplanana kadar iyice karıştırın.
