  • 做法

  • 2. 将酸种面包放入烤面包机或以 180°C 的烤箱加热 4 至 6 分钟,至外壳酥脆、内部仍柔软即可。不要烤得颜色过深;面包应当衬托奶酪,而不是喧宾夺主。
