Filets de pollastre marcats a la paella

Una preparació clàssica i senzilla de filets de pollastre amanits amb sal i pebre negre, cuinats amb oli i acabats amb mantega per obtenir una salsa de paella rica. És millor servir-ho calent com a proteïna principal.

Ingredients


  • Filets de pollastre 300 g

  • Oli de cuina 10 g

  • Mantega 20 g

  • Sal 5 g

  • Pebre negre 5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Eixuga els filets de pollastre amb paper de cuina i amaneix-los uniformement amb la sal i el pebre negre.

  • 2. Escalfa l'oli de cuina en una paella a foc mitjà-alt.

  • 3. Afegeix els filets de pollastre i cuina'ls durant 3 a 4 minuts per costat, fins que estiguin daurats i ben cuits.

  • 4. Abaixa el foc al mínim, afegeix la mantega i ves-la abocant amb una cullera sobre el pollastre durant 30 a 60 segons.

  • 5. Retira-ho de la paella i serveix-ho calent.
