Pasta penne amb mandonguilles i salsa de tomàquet

Un plat clàssic de pasta amb penne barrejada amb mandonguilles saboroses i una salsa de tomàquet senzilla. És contundent, reconfortant i se serveix millor ben calent.

Ingredients
  • Pasta penne 180 g

  • Mandonguilles 150 g

  • Salsa de tomàquet 70 g

  • Oli vegetal 10 g

  • Sal 5 g

  • Pebre negre 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Porteu una olla amb aigua salada a ebullició i coeu la penne fins que quedi al dente. Escorreu-la bé.

  • 2. Escalfeu l'oli vegetal en una paella a foc mitjà.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi les mandonguilles i coeu-les fins que estiguin ben calentes i lleugerament daurades.

  • 4. Aboqueu-hi la salsa de tomàquet i, tot seguit, amaniu-ho amb sal i pebre negre.

  • 5. Afegiu la penne cuita a la paella i remeneu-ho fins que quedi ben cobert de salsa.

  • 6. Serviu immediatament mentre sigui calent.
