Sopa de patata i verdures

Una sopa de verdures senzilla i clàssica elaborada amb patates, pastanagues, ceba i porro, cuits a foc lent amb oli d'oliva i amanits amb sal. S'assembla a una sopa rústica bàsica de patata o de verdures.

Ingredients


  • Patates, 250 g

  • Pastanagues, 90 g

  • Ceba, 70 g

  • Porro, 60 g

  • Oli d'oliva, 20 g

  • Sal, 30 g


  • Total: 520 g

    Instruccions


  • 1. Peleu i talleu a daus les patates i les pastanagues. Talleu la ceba i el porro a rodanxes.

  • 2. Escalfeu l'oli d'oliva en una olla a foc mitjà.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi la ceba i el porro, i coeu-los fins que s'estovin.

  • 4. Afegiu-hi les pastanagues i les patates, i remeneu perquè quedin ben cobertes d'oli.

  • 5. Afegiu-hi prou aigua per cobrir les verdures, salpebreu amb sal i porteu-ho a ebullició.

  • 6. Abaixeu el foc i deixeu-ho coure a foc lent fins que totes les verdures siguin tendres.

  • 7. Serviu-la calenta com a sopa, amb trossets o lleugerament triturada, si es desitja.
