Judías de Lima en salsa de tomate

Un sencillo guiso de judías al estilo mediterráneo con tiernas judías de Lima cocidas a fuego lento en una sabrosa salsa de tomate. Funciona bien como guarnición, plato principal ligero o servido con pan.

Ingredientes


  • Judías de Lima 150 g

  • Salsa de tomate 70 g

  • Cebolla 15 g

  • Ajo 5 g

  • Aceite de oliva 10 g

  • Sal 2 g

  • Pimienta negra 1 g

  • Pimentón 2 g

  • Hierbas variadas 2 g

  • Azúcar 3 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 2. Añade la cebolla y cocina hasta que se ablande, unos 3 a 4 minutos.

  • 3. Añade el ajo, el pimentón y las hierbas variadas, y cocina durante 30 segundos.

  • 4. Incorpora la salsa de tomate, el azúcar, la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 5. Añade las judías de Lima y cocina a fuego lento de 5 a 8 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que estén bien calientes y la salsa haya espesado ligeramente.

  • 6. Prueba y ajusta la sazón si es necesario, luego sirve caliente.
