Sándwich de ensalada de camarones

Una clásica ensalada de camarones servida sobre pan blanco tostado con apio crujiente, eneldo y un ligero aderezo de mayonesa con limón. Se termina con mezcla de hojas verdes para aportar frescura.

Ingredientes


  • Camarones, cocidos y picados: 90 g

  • Tostadas de pan blanco: 50 g

  • Mayonesa: 35 g

  • Apio, finamente cortado en cubitos: 12 g

  • Eneldo fresco, picado: 3 g

  • Cebolla roja, finamente picada: 6 g

  • Mezcla de hojas verdes: 8 g

  • Gajo de limón: 4 g

  • Pimienta negra: 1 g

  • Sal: 1 g


  • Total: 210 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. En un bol, combina los camarones, la mayonesa, el apio, el eneldo, la cebolla roja, el jugo de limón del gajo, la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 2. Mezcla suavemente hasta que los camarones queden cubiertos de manera uniforme.

  • 3. Tuesta el pan blanco si es necesario y coloca la mezcla de hojas verdes sobre una rebanada.

  • 4. Coloca la ensalada de camarones sobre las hojas verdes y cubre con la segunda rebanada de pan tostado.

  • 5. Sirve de inmediato.
