Barre protéinée au chocolat

Une barre riche en protéines enrobée de chocolat, avec des éclats de soja croustillants et un intérieur moelleux et sucré. Elle ressemble davantage à une barre snack protéinée du commerce qu’à une préparation maison traditionnelle.

Ingrédients


Pour 1 barre, 55 g au total

  • Protéine de lait, 12 g

  • Hydrolysat de collagène, 6 g

  • Protéine de soja, 5 g

  • Lait entier en poudre, 4 g

  • Polydextrose, 7 g

  • Édulcorants, 4 g

  • Glycérol, 3 g

  • Pâte de cacao, 4 g

  • Beurre de cacao, 3 g

  • Huile de tournesol, 2 g

  • Huile de palmiste, 1,5 g

  • Éclats de soja croustillants, 2 g

  • Arômes naturels, 0,8 g

  • Sel, 0,2 g

  • Émulsifiant, 0,5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Mélangez la protéine de lait, l’hydrolysat de collagène, la protéine de soja, le lait entier en poudre, la polydextrose, les édulcorants, le glycérol, les arômes naturels, le sel et l’émulsifiant jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène.

  • 2. Incorporez délicatement les éclats de soja croustillants.

  • 3. Faites fondre ensemble la pâte de cacao, le beurre de cacao, l’huile de tournesol et l’huile de palmiste jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse.

  • 4. Façonnez le mélange protéiné en une barre compacte.

  • 5. Enrobez la barre du mélange chocolaté fondu.

  • 6. Réfrigérez jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit prise, puis servez.
